To the ‘man in the street’ the legal process can be complicated and sometimes intimidating. I spoke to Ian and I was most impressed with his communication skills – he is a good listener and kept me updated when necessary. I felt comfortable talking with him. He educated me on the process and my options, which helped me to make an intelligent decision and I am satisfied with the outcome of my injury claim.
